Arcade was founded in 2010 upon the belief that belts could be designed to perform better for all of our go-to adventures. We are a tight team based in Squaw valley, CA that is committed to furthering our position as a market leader through innovative product design and creative brand development.

Position Overview:

Arcade Belts is looking for a seasoned product developer to lead and manage the product development process. We are a growing company and looking for someone to come in and make a difference right away. The ideal candidate should be comfortable and familiar with the product development and manufacturing process as well as be comfortable leading teams, creating processes, managing project schedules and working with overseas factory partners. The Product Development Manager will have the opportunity to wear a number of different hats and be a key player in helping to take Arcade Belts to the next level.

This role demands a strong ability to communicate across multiple departments within the company as well as with outside vendors and suppliers. Someone with an entrepreneur mindset founded on a strong background in product engineering, forward thinking product design and problem solving will find the most success here at Arcade.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Manage the product development process from concept to creation.
• Work with executive, sales, marketing and creative teams to develop Arcade product lines.
• Lead teams both overseas and stateside to bring top-level innovations to market.
• Manage production timelines to ensure on-schedule completion of product.
• Facilitate relationships with factories and vendors, acting as company connection to vendors and suppliers.
• Manage sourcing projects.
• Oversee costing, communicate TFOB to factory and work to achieve costing goals.
• Facilitate the creation of new product innovations.
• Be the calendar keeper – informing sales, sourcing, and marketing on production and release timelines.
• Ensure quality control standards are met.
