YOUR MISSIONOverall Brand management and representation of PUMA Brand initiatives and revenue management with Champs and Eastbay.

Provide the highest level of service and product expertise each season from sell-in to sell-thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals.

Manage & direct selling of footwear & apparel within the Athletic Specialty Channel; develop financial plans and strategies to attack new business opportunities within Athletic Specialty channel.

Knowledge and discipline to adhere to distribution guidelines. Executes omni channel excellence through assortment, visuals and marketing activations.

Strong strategic negotiation & presentation skills, by developing and using effective strategies to convince others or to gain their support. Builds a strong case by linking PUMA product knowledge and know-how to customers interests, needs and goals.

Proactive account management, by identifying opportunities to improve existing business and create new business.

Coordinate and prepare seasonal footwear& apparel product presentations to be presented to senior management internal and externally.

Achieve all financial goals by quarter and annually as defined by Vice President.

Manage account level P&L to deliver targeted GM$ requirements.

Collaborate and Develop seasonal marketing plans to support key initiatives.

Seasonal Forecasting by account.

Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models and rates of sale.

Monitor competitors activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete.

Attend regional and national sales meetings as requested.

Account base: TFL /TFL Macys Womens & Kids



YOUR TALENTBS or BA Degree in business, marketing or related discipline required.

10+ years of footwear & apparel sales or related experience.

Minimum of 3-5 years of Foot Locker Inc industry experience.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the Athletic Specialty consumer and marketplace.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Exceptional follow through and organizational skills.

Understanding of retailers financial metrics- sales, inventory, turn, GM$.

Results oriented person with technical product knowledge.

Must be proficient on MS Office (word, excel, power-point, etc).

Significant domestic travel to accounts required, pertinent markets. International travel may be required.
