YOUR MISSION?This job may be located either in California (remote) or PUMA NYC Showroom
Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through.

Achieve sales goals by category as defined by Director.

Develop and maintain strong relationship with all levels of account management and internal departments that work key accounts.

Coordinate and prepare seasonal sell-in strategy and product presentations

Deliver all orders by booking deadline

Manage accounts through business planning, inventory control and sell thru analysis

Proactive order book management.

Collaborative strategic planning with Director in preparation for Top2Top with Account Senior Leadership.

Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models, and capitalize on successes and address issues as needed.

Monitor competitor’s activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete, Marketplace expert

Knowledge and discipline to adhere to distribution guidelines. 

Work as a liaison between Puma operations and account operations.

Work cross functionally to contribute and collaborate on the Account Marketing Plan.

Deliver all required reports, example:  weekly sell-thru analysis, on time.



YOUR TALENT4-6 Years’ experience in Footwear and Apparel national account sales or relevant experience.

Exceptional follow through and organizational skills.

Ability to present product and communicate brand strategy to accounts accurately and effectively.

Working knowledge of the US mall-retail and City Specialty environment.

Industry based understanding of the City Specialty consumer, specific the West Coast consumer

Ability to effectively manage your time and work against business deadlines.

High level of energy, initiative and professionalism.

Strong understanding of retail sales practices within specific account base

Strong analytical, Retail Math & Order book management, fluent in Excel and Powerpoint skills, and overall business orientation.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make recommendations on potential solutions.

Open communication/good listening skills.

Technical product knowledge.

Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools.
