YOUR MISSIONOwn the relationship with the Global media agency, i.e. manage contract & scope of work across the world
Manage workload for Global Media Agency beyond media planning & buying for other central marketing functions to support GTM process, including but not limited to: strategy projects, analytics, consumer insights, media summits
Conduct periodic media agency performance & buying reviews together with auditing firm on a Global level.
Develop and establish structures & processes for best-in-class media planning for all PUMA regions and areas from briefing to post buy reports
Own the agencys client collaboration dashboard ClientSpace for PUMA globally, working closely with all regions to ensure a 100% adaptation and usage.
Manage Global media guidelines in conjunction with key regions from brief to deployment to PUMA regions and areas
Track global media investment and review regional & local media strategies and plans to ensure they meet objectives and targets
Support convergence of Brand marketing with Performance marketing across all channels and touch points for a holistic, full funnel media planning, creative direction and reporting
Establish marketing analytics framework: work closely with all regional Media Managers to develop ROI measurement approach for full funnel metrics for an informed KPI setting in marketing communications
Build a strong relationship with PUMA Business Solutions teams at the HQ and key regions.
Work together with Internal Creative team to ensure all Media Insights are being taken in consideration on the development of content for promotion.
Share best practices in media planning & buying across the Globe.
Manage media partnerships on a global level by consolidating spend and efforts, ensuring access to innovative and creative solutions for multiples areas of the company as Retail and Ecom.
Shape & support communications planning knowledge among all levels within the marketing organization.
YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
5+ years experience in international advertising planning, digital marketing, analytics and/or related role
Knowledge of marketing & media analytics
Experience in an international retail environment is a plus
Strong project management and analytical skills
Highly International mindset with ability to manage stakeholders from around the world
Excellent teamwork skills
Must be detail-oriented, proactive and organized
Excellent written and verbal skills in English, second language is a plus
Proven ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally in a global organization
Should be self-motivated
Must be able to travel internationally (up to 20%)
