YOUR MISSIONAct as a central Customer Service liaison to the Marketing Team in Westford, Boston, LA, Carlsbad in regards to free good order processing, shipping, order management.
Order status Be central contact in regards to order status, order issues, availability, communicating to marketing team, warehouse, customer service management, and finance as necessary
Order Entry Manual entry of Free Good orders from bulks or inventory
Order Management Manage free goods order book to make sure orders are shipping, bulks are managed, order/bulk backlog is clean, using reporting tools
Act as liaison for product needs from retail/dot com inventory
Entering marketing product sample/factory orders
Work with Returns team to assist with Return Authorizations
Field incoming calls/ emails from marketing team
Assist with training of marketing employees/interns in regards to order placement
Travel to Boston/LA offices for training purposes
Work with budget managers on efficiencies in product bulking process
Work with various marketing teams on adhering to order placement deadlines
YOUR TALENTHigh School Diploma Required.
Must have 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in the athletic footwear/apparel industry.
Be able to work independently.
Be able to handle high call, email, and order volumes.
Possess a professional and courteous phone manner.
Must be extremely organized with strong computer skills.
Be a Team Player.
Must have the ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel
