Job Description
YOUR MISSIONManage eCommerce marketing activities in all current and newly open eCommerce stores under the supervision of the Head of retail and closely work acorss internal departments and external vendors
Manage and control marketing budget and monitor and drive Return on Investment to achive budget and target
Manage digital marketing plan to drive traffic to the stores and ensure execution excellence with the support from agency/vendor
Build the eCommerce marketing calendar integrated with Brand Marketing Calendar, Retail Marketing Calendar and Marketplaces Promotion Calendar to ensure cross-channel marketing consistency
Consolidated local marketing campaign assets such as visual materials, press release, video, event information, etc. to share and debrief other team members accordingly
With the support from vendor to assist line manager to develop and manage CRM program in different stores, including DM in package, EDM, SMS, VIP care, GWP development, etc
Plan and execute the eCommerce marketing promotion campaign, such as co-branding promotion, other seasonal promotional campaign
Develop and conduct the weekly, monthly, yearly digital marketing reports
Develop campaign performance reports
Provide quarterly industrial eCommerce marketing insights report


YOUR TALENTDegree holder, major in Marketing / Digital Creation/ Digital Marketing / Multi Media or relevant discipline
Minimum 2 years of E-commerce / Digital Marketing experience
Strong knowledge in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Creative thinking and a good team player
Able to work under high pressure independently and be flexible in working extended hours
Experience in managing vendor relationships
Detail-oriented and focused on quality control and execution efficiency
