Job Description
YOUR MISSIONProvide First Level Support on Applications including but not limited to Jesta, SAP and WM Systems
Working Closely with End-users to Troubleshoot, Reproduce and Resolve reported issues
Monitor Ticket Queue and Escalate issues as needed
New User Set up and Password Resets
Assist in Mini Projects to Improve Efficiency and Functionality of the Application Support team including a Tidal Scheduler Evaluation
Analyze and Resolve Daily Errors and Work on Resolution


YOUR TALENTMust currently be enrolled in college/university, preferably seeking a degree in an Information Technology related field
Ability to work independently, multitask and flexible
Must possess strong troubleshooting and analysis skills
Able to learn new applications, concepts and skills quickly
Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated
SQL Experience for Querying and SAP knowledge a plus
Team player
Must be able to commit for one semester
Must be able to commute to Westford, MA
