Job Description
YOUR MISSIONAccount management assistance
Create and edit seasonal selling tools for Key Product Initiatives and Available Inventory
Assist with tracking shipments
Assist with customer order maintenance
Pull UPC code information as accounts request.
Scheduling appointments, calendar management
Assist with showroom set ups, become familiar with the showroom and product (groups, colors, prices)
Work with internal partners, including planning and sales reps, to maximize fill rate and ensure orders ship on time.
Participate in sales market appointments in the showroom and at tradeshows
Assist Sales Team with special projects as needed

YOUR TALENTPreferably seeking a degree in Business Administration, Management, or Sales-related
Familiarity with retail math, strong analytical, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
Must be capable of learning new systems
Ability to prioritize, focus and provide complete follow through on all aspects of responsibility.
Very strong computer skills, especially MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Must have strong initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and be detail oriented.
Polished verbal and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn.
Ability to work with all levels within and outside the company.
