Job Description
YOUR MISSIONDevelop and produce a weekly report on PUMAs performance across all social media handles
Develop one-off reports for major events, shoe/apparel drops, etc.
Provide actionable insights on how competitor social media performance
Create visualizations to convey data in easy to consume ways
Identify trends in content performance and be able to provide recommendations based on those trends
Identify and meet with social media analytics vendors and make recommendations on which to use

YOUR TALENT5 years experience in a social media analytics role with a large and/or global brand preferred.
Bachelors degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
Strong data background and exemplary analytical skills
Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel
Experience with Sprinklr is preferred
Experience with Tableau is preferred
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to build and own the social analytics process
Solutions orientated thinker
