Job Description
YOUR MISSIONSupport in deploying Workday and other HR technology platforms to our workforce in the APAC region
Focus on the operational responsibilities associated with satisfying inbound customer service requests for HR Technology platforms
Knowledge of various Workday modules, advanced report creation, integration support, business process design and configuration and data management
Partner with Global Workday Team on implementation of changes. Coordinate configuration of Workday system with global/regional business needs and organizational process changes
Unit testing of new Workday modules, changes and coordination of testing with business users
Provide day-to-day support on Workday system, collaborating with the HR team, IT and business leaders to provide efficient and reliable service delivery, and robust data analytics for manager decision support
Troubleshoot Workday issues and errors, quickly resolving them along with root causes. Monitor APAC Workday ticketing queue and the Workday Inbox, and respond to requests and inbox items as appropriate

YOUR TALENTDegree holder, major in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Knowledge of HRIS i.e. Workday is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, customer service orientated
Strong presentation skill and drive for result
