YOUR MISSIONLeading all tasks related to Community Management encompassing office and facility administration, employee engagement and well-being activities ensuring a collaborative, productive and joyful environment for our community and external guests. (80% of time). Supporting General Management in administrative executive tasks and special head office projects. (20% of time).
Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices to optimize the working environment and community experience. Manage all office and facility tasks to ensure highest level of satisfaction amongst our employees.
Review and sign contracts with vendors, manage procurement, while monitoring service quality and standards for consistently improving working processes and procedures. Plan and manage office administration budget and expenses on a monthly / annual basis.
Plan and drive all employee engagement initiatives, benefit / sport programs and events supporting PUMA values and culture within set budgets.
Lead and monitor all PUMA CSR activities in relation to set KPIs to support the PUMA CSR strategy.
Manage and support GM in administrative business tasks related to travel bookings, organizing key meetings, translation with external stakeholders as well as personal matters (visa, residential etc).Support special head office projects related to organizational optimization, business transformation
YOUR TALENTUniversity degree in BA, HR, Mgmt or Social Studies
Multi-year experience from Office, Community or Admin experience
International experience preferred
Event / Agency / Vendor Management experience
Advanced MS Office skills
English: Fluent (writing and speaking / fluency in business translation Korean-English)
