Develop and maintain a standardized distribution process between wholesale internal and external partners in order to ensure Distribution Strategies are executed successfully
Oversee the execution of product launches across all distribution points and product categories
Develop a strong understanding of Consumer needs and segmentation and manage the end to end execution of product launches
Create start-up plan, maintain timeline, manufacturing readiness, and open issues list to ensure the program achieves customer milestones, internal deliverables, and supply chain deadlines
Plan and execute a robust risk management process to include identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, mitigation and contingency plans and mitigation strategies
Coach and motivate the allocations team to encourage ownership and responsibility for the activities (functional deliverables and reporting)
Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency by working cross-functionally across several departments such as Sales, Customer Service, Supply Planning, Procurement, and IT to enhance the process as well as the functionality of tools and reports
Work to ensure no business disruption, manage issues, and drive incident resolution by actively engaging with other teams and business counterparts on brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal activities
Provide day-to-day operational activities in a dynamic global environment.
Responsible for completion of weekly status updates/calls in conjunction with driving monthly project execution (launch readiness review)
Manage customer communication and relationship for project issues and commitments
Answer consumer oriented questions regarding allocations as well as for all elements of the marketplace mix
Work in conjunction with sales leadership and other internal groups to develop scorecard items related to Launch Management resulting in ROI and business tracking analyses
Conduct analysis of sales performance and Retailers inventory level to develop allocation methodology for key retailers and markets to maximize sales and the consumer experience.
Interpret trends to increase effectiveness of a product launched and distribution strategies
Engage in problem solving, lead team & apply methodology to successfully get to root cause and corrective planning

7+ years of related field experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at a business level
Advanced proficiency in Excel
