Job Description
YOUR MISSIONDevelop short/mid-term sustainable growth plans in line with global product directives, collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and optimize the retail product assortment cross-divisionally.
Lead and drive the process and overall sign-off for delivering the optimum retail assortment to drive sell-through and reach financial targets. Drive country relevant assortments to optimize the local product efficiency and market opportunity while maximizing brand experience across categories and channels.
Use consumer and geographical insight to set store grading/banding and sign off range by division based on Budget - Brand Direction - Product Flow- Pricing strategy. Influence and execute global tools and processes in order to streamline best business practice.
Ensure inventory level are maintained in line with budget, OTB, and sell-through targets.
Develop and drive a Retail Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed KPIs and objectives.
Manage and deliver accurate forecasting within deadlines and targets.
Monitor and manage in-season product performance.
Collaborate with country Management Planning- Sales - Retail - Merchandising and Marketing teams, to coordinate activities against agreed and aligned retail sales targets or other strategic goals set by Global / Region.
Consolidate consumer insights of region. Provide consumer, competitive and distribution qualitative and quantitative feedback as input to future brand strategies.
Key objective is to feed Product team with market and competitive feedback in order for Product team to make informed decisions on how to execute according to market feedback combined with future brand direction/strategy.

2+ years managing a team.
