We are looking for someone who will be focusing on regional sales operation support, customer situation collection and project base support.

Task 1:
Business opportunities support, prop order arrangement
Analyze daily sale report and inventory report to help sales catch business opportunities and reduce risk.
Provide daily inventory report and other support report to sales team. Balance resource base on business needs. Support regional sales head to make decision.
Tracking and record monthly/seasonally/yearly transfer order and prop order status. Provide suggestions for sales team and balance resource base on business needs;
Recommendations for system optimizing to facilitate use and query.
Task 2:
TS order and order transfer support
Support TS order consolidation, check and upload to system; Order analysis;
Check with order transformation data, either before or after allocation process. Make data work smoothly of customer hand over process.
Task 3:
Customer situation collection and project base support
Work with sales team closely, familiar customer situation not only indent order but also shipment and payment;
Have risk control sense, deliver related information in time to national SOP team for next step;
Project base support.
Task 4:
Sales data and door plan collection.
Check and submitted information from sales team. Ensure the data accuracy when processing data. Maintain data according to use;
Collect campaign door plan and tracking the sales and product delivery also; support tracking right product be allocated to right position;
Sell through and other reports preparation;
Task 5:
Sales Admin and cross-function communication
To strengthen communication with both regional sales team and other related teams. Have a definite object in view when problem occurred;
Sales program and yearly contract follow up;
Sold to/ship to and other customer information management;
Task 6:
Other administrative and supporting affairs
Contact with regional sales; provide administrative support to the sales, as a bridge with other departments to help them solve various problems.

Bachelor Degree
At least 3 years relevant working experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent office skill

English Fluency required
