Job Description
YOUR MISSIONPrepares and performs advanced analysis and reporting for assigned US & CA Retail stores; experience with sales, margin and retail KPI reporting preferred
Analyze operational efficiencies and expense controls to ensure profit is maximized; enhance OPEX analytics and reporting results
Develop and present financial and variance analysis to provide business insight and create business value
Assist and validate new system implementation for testing and go-live of upgraded POS store system
Provide accurate and timely ad-hoc analysis to address existing and new business needs
Assist with the development of standardized best practice reporting and control methods
Prepares General Ledger entries and account reconciliations
Develop presentations and messaging for senior leadership



YOUR TALENTRetail / eCommerce experience required
4+ years analysis/financial planning & analysis work experience
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar field
Ability to think cross functionally, join data from various sources and develop solutions in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be detail oriented and manage multiple priorities to accomplish assignments under tight timelines
Advanced Excel skills required; Sharepoint experience a plus
Proficient skills in Access, Word, PowerPoint
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
