Job Description
YOUR MISSIONClearly understand brand requirements and collaborate with brand, retail, eCommerce and third-party vendors to implement/maintain social CRM integration mainly on WeChat. Integrate online platform with CRM programs and work closely with CRM teammate and CRM agency.
Manage social agency to develop social CRM campaign and monitor result. Support with Brand Marketing / CRM Club on member communication plan
based on when and where target consumers are the most receptive for education, recruitment and retention.
Based on CRM key project requested, formulate annual project budget and regularly review its implementation etc.
Take responsibilities of annual/ quately/ monthly review to fulfill projects KPI
Always on the lookout for new opportunities especially in understanding needs of potential customers etc.
Assist in executing all digital activities
Budget, timeline, production quality control on project basis
Utilize internal and external reporting tools to compile detailed website usage and digital marketing reports regularly, assist to provide analyses and recommendations for improvements and customer experience enhancement.
Recommend new ideas, identify social media and communication campaign opportunities.
Ensure usage of logo, content/message and overall tone and manner is correct and base on overall campaign/brand guideline.
Analyze the competition from an ergonomic, communicational, strategic and conceptual point of view
Participate in the research of user types, the creation of prototypes and usability tests and prepare reports
Understand segments of the target audience: online behavior, needs, motivations, objectives; discover insights (consumer, internet, iMarketing, etc);

YOUR TALENTEducation: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in E-Commerce, Marketing or New Media marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing , community or new media operations
Previous experience with social community operation in China-in-depth understanding of lifestyle / sports inspired media in China is preferred
Background from high end consumer products, including fashion, personal accessories, etc.
Language Skills: Excellent in Mandarin Chinese, Fluent English
