Job Description
YOUR MISSIONSupport the SVP of Customer Relations & IT, and other senior members of the management team in an operational and administrative capacity
Maintain schedules, plan/coordinate meetings and act as primary liaison to both internal and external customers, vendors and business partners
Assist in the development of presentations as needed
Coordinate all domestic and international travel for all staff members that report into Customer Relations, IT or Business Solutions teams; including air, auto, hotel accommodations, etc.
Support major project initiatives through scheduling, note taking, budget tracking, etc.
Other responsibilities include Purchase order management and invoice tracking/coding
Corporate meeting/event planning
Assistance in ongoing budget management, particularly around key forecast dates and year-end



YOUR TALENTMinimum of three years experience in an EA role in Customer Service, Finance or IT
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, etc.)
Requires a positive, professional, service-minded attitude
Openness to learn and willingness to be flexible
College degree preferred but not mandatory
In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
