Job Description
YOUR MISSIONProvide support as Subject Matter Expert, SME, for Workday functions involving, but not limited to, Recruitment, HCM, Learning, Reporting, and Talent Management. This includes researching and resolving problems, unexpected results or process flaws
Provide system support and guidance to Regional HR Team members
Manage Regional Workday Support email inbox and respond to all questions
Manage all internal/external reports, including ADHOC and scheduled custom requests
Develop, maintain, and enhance Regional HR analytics dashboards
Manage monthly data integrity audits by analyzing and auditing data
Maintain and update all internal HRIS policy and procedure documentation as needed
Correspond regularly with Global Workday Team for updates/issues resolution
Manage annual AAP and EEO-1 reporting and filing as required
Develop and maintain internal HR digital intranet page
Conduct Workday onboarding training during all scheduled orientations
Recommend process/customer service improvements and innovative solutions
Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA Brand Values in all decisions, actions, processes and practices
Provide consistent updates on Workday issues and performance to manager

YOUR TALENTWorkday and Power BI experience highly desirable
2-3 years experience in HRIS or HR Operations
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
Must be a self-starter with proven ability to work independently
Must be detail oriented, creative, and possess strong analytical and issue resolution skills
Must have proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects and assignments in a fast-paced environment
High professional standards regarding customer service and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
