YOUR MISSIONResponsible for Commercial Marketing concepts and execution for Business Unit Teamsport. Develop expertise in Business Unit specific shopper behavior, retail trends and KPI tracking.
Create and develop innovative windows, Point of Purchase (POP) marketing materials, communication tools, and guidelines to strengthen the PUMA brand for both owned and operated Retail PUMA Stores, and Wholesale accounts, specifically for Teamsport BU.
Determine the needs for PUMA Footballs global commercial marketing channels and ensure timely and high standard delivery by submitting creative briefs, developing project timelines, project management and tracking, routing/presenting creative for approval and sourcing production
Manage, along with a Go-to-Market Specialist, the account sell in materials process, delivering store environment mock ups, showrooms, as well as visual material for the regions to implement
Ensure that PUMA Retail and Wholesale accounts give a consumer experience that is ahead of the curve and in line with the PUMA brand
Work closely with the wider Teamsport marketing and product team to deliver aligned, in-depth and coherent marketing communication
Work directly with key internal stakeholders such as Retail Visual Merchandising, Product Merchandising and Retail
Facilitate the strategic roll out of innovative local window and POP packages while adhering to the Regional Store Event and Marketing Calendar
Consistently explore and spot new trends and innovations in the Retail industry and determine how to incorporate into relevant PUMA in-store experience and communication
Build & maintain relationships with commercial and agencies and partners while focusing on meeting cost and timelines.

University Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field
5 to 8 or more years of relevant experience in Marketing, Design or Production, preferably in the Retail and/or Fashion industry
A proven track record of successful management and implementation of complex projects
Strong knowledge of fashion, sport and lifestyle retail marketplace
Ability to spot trends prior to becoming mainstream
Strong understanding of visual design as it applies to the retail environment
Proven ability to work independently and multi-task on numerous projects but still meeting deliverables and timelines
Creativity and ability to think out of the box, entrepreneurial spirit and energy
Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English.
