Job Description
YOUR MISSIONIndependently develop assigned styles & collections in cooperation with Development, Design and Product Line Management
Responsible to prepare, maintain and follow up all necessary documents such as style specifications, size specifications, fabric and trim (BoM) selection, fitting and sealing comments
Prepare and lead fit sessions. Provide fit and garment construction recommendations on prototypes where necessary
Supporting the PLMs for the costing process to achieve best possible margins in accordance with the Business Unit strategy
Proactively communicate internally as well as externally to ensure a smooth product development process
Establish and maintain close relationships with Material Development, Product Management, Design, Sourcing as well as external partners and the technical team
Supplier visit if needed, to ensure correct quality of samples and production
Ensure on time data administration in the Product Range System and related IT systems.


YOUR TALENTGraduate Engineer in Clothing Technology or similar education
3-4 years of experience in apparel/ product development in the garment/textile industry
Very good knowledge of raw materials and garment construction
Basic Illustrator knowledge
Creative and innovative thinking
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and cultural awareness
Well organized working style and good problem-solving skills
Team player
Excellent English skills
