Job Description
YOUR MISSIONDevelop and execute retail marketing activations and customer traffic-driving programs to support our NYC flagship store
Implement retail marketing programs that are innovative and demonstrate return on investment; both immediate as well as long term
Develop traffic driving campaigns that leverage communication channels such as digital, social media, traditional media, events, etc
Lead and manage the creation of key product launches at NYC flagship store in conjunction with all appropriate departments including Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, eCommerce, Category Marketing, Retail Operations and consumer marketing
Identify local needs and opportunities to attract NYC tourists as well as local consumers
Create local awareness of our NYC flagship store, leading up to its opening and ongoing post-grand opening
Oversee and execute store Grand Opening Plans including managing internal and external partners, clearly communicating to senior leadership and global partners and developing a series of activation and launch moments
Responsible for activating our customization program and building a comprehensive calendar of events to support it
Provide consistent post-event analysis and reporting for all activations and programs
Align NY store marketing efforts with ecommerce marketing initiatives where applicable
Work with and lead functional team members, such as Media Manager, PR Manager, Entertainment Manager, Category Marketing Managers and Creative Services in the development of Marketing plans and establish and manage cohesive relationships and close communication with critical departments to ensure synergies on all projects
Brief all creative needs into Creative Services team for the timely delivery of creative assets
Manage relationships with external event and event-production agencies as needed and work hand-in-hand to communicate store needs and develop key launch and seasonal programs
Be a liaison to Central Marketing, PNA Marketing & local store team members
Work closely with NYC Store General Manager to understand day-to-day store needs and marketing opportunities
Travel required; up to 25%Role is based in NY and this role will report into our PNA Headquarters in Westford, MA
Travel 2-3 times per month to Westford/Boston offices

Attend Store Manager and District Manager meetings

YOUR TALENTDegree in Marketing or Communications preferred
5-7 years of brand or retail marketing experience
Fashion/Lifestyle retail marketing considered a plus; flagship store experience preferred
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
Track record of developing innovative marketing ideas/plans
Event planning or agency experience a plus
Strong planning, organizational and implementation skills
Excellent project management skills
General understanding of the US market and retail trends
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel skills required
