Job Description
YOUR MISSIONThis person is responsible for driving growth and development for the channel by building strong relationship with Partners like Myntra /Jabong . This role effectively develops and cross-functionally executes comprehensive online sales and ecommerce business development plans.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop ecommerce sales plan /strategies to meet revenue- primary and secondary sales and growth targets
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth
Gain a deep understanding of Brand, product in all categories for range and assortment planning. Create product attributes masters and manage product descriptions for online platforms
Pioneer and create new opportunities with ecommerce accounts, identifying space and marketing opportunities to generate sales providing analysis and learnings around e-commerce promotional tactics, and internalize best practices for use across respective e-commerce platforms.
Handle day to day operations and sales related activities namely attribute upload and PO issuance from partner
Build a trust and foster a relationship to be recognized as the face of the brand.
Actively participate in scheduled internal weekly and annual sales meetings, preparing in advance to share relevant and beneficial information
Partnering with Marketing to Plan and monitor Campaigns and leverage all marketing opportunities. To ensure user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns are aligned with key e-Commerce retailers
Demonstrating the ability to think outside the normal boundaries to develop new solutions to current issues and successfully presenting ideas to the leadership team
Collecting on time payments etc.

YOUR TALENTKnowledge and experience with E-Commerce sales.Result oriented and self-starter with can do attitude.Strong analytical skills to allow for data -based sellingStrong communication both verbal and non-verbal as well as good negotiating skillsOrganization and prioritization skills, Effective time management, detail and accuracyProficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Prior work experience in retail industry will be an added advantage.
