Job Description
YOUR MISSIONFormulating regional sales plans in line with business objectives and growth targets
Developing and consolidating the distributors and dealer network for growing the multi brand outlet business for PUMA
Selection of right distributors depending of product category, price points and brand ethos
Margin negotiations with distributors
Identifying new product opportunities, new doors, new areas of business in the region
Tracking competition to keep abreast of new developments in the market
Managing trade shows/sell ins for the region
Providing regular feedback to the product team to ensure constant improvement of the product offering
Ensuring timely payments from distributors and maintaining financial health of the business for the region
Leading a team of area managers and sales associates for the region

YOUR TALENTSales experience of 6-10 years in multi brand sales environment either in a fashion brand or FMCG
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work well with other departments within the company
An extroverted and a confident personality
