Job Description
YOUR MISSIONDevelop innovative delivery concepts with internal or external logistics providers to ensure a superior customer journey and a high conversion rate
Stay up-to-date on fulfillment trends to satisfy todays and tomorrows customer expectations
Liaise with the eCom warehouse to guarantee efficient logistics processes and avoid outbound and return handling backlogs
Work with 3rd party customer service providers to ensure professional and state of the art communication standards and manage the expansion to new channels and regions
Create best in class customer service processes and handle 3rd level customer inquiries
Proactively monitor the performance of warehouses, carriers & customer service
Create and run regular performance reports and develop measures to prevent delivery bottlenecks, high return rates and customer service backlogs


YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or similar field
Relevant working experience in eCommerce, logistics or related areas (e.g. internship or working student)
Experience in coordinating and monitoring internal and external service providers
Ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Excel is essential
Fluent in English and German is a must
