Job Description
YOUR MISSIONAssist PLM in managing entire North America regional range across Sportstyle, Mens, Womens, and Kids footwear.
Maintain all product information in systems, ensuring excellent data quality.
Responsible for all sample organization.
Possess basic knowledge of industry trends, consumer profiles, retail markets, and the competitive landscape.
Assist the overall POD teams (design/development) in the creation of product.
Manage and execute to designated calendar milestones.
Facilitate in communication with all parts of the organization.
Assist with overall industry analysis, market research, consumer research and competitive analysis.
Assist PLMs with any other daily tasks needed.

YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance.
2-3 years work experience in relevant role.
Credible knowledge of Sportstyle and/or footwear market place as well as footwear consumer trends and market dynamics.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
General basic knowledge of the North America retail environment.
Excellent communication skills.
High initiative, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail, confident.
Strong analytical skills, organizational skills and overall business orientation.
