YOUR MISSIONAchieve a consistent level of Visual Merchandising to create and maintain an image using the directives created by the Visual Merchandising Department
Taking decisions for display and merchandising actions in the stores to push and monitor sales
As the chief point of contact for merchandising promotions responsible for communicating key information that is vital to the success of the promotion
Ordering and follow up of graphics and instore POP for promotions and product launches
Stock merchandise, take inventory, facilitate stock transfers, ticket and re-ticket, execute markdowns, and maintain awareness of potential loss prevention issues and activities, along with the shipping and receiving process and ensure that merchandise is customer ready before it is placed on the sales floor. Undertake and participate in the Be Nice program

Ideally a creative degree or relevant hands on experience in fashion retail
1-2 years relevant experience in overseeing visual merchandising standards across multiple stores or VM manager in large turnover store
Strong experience in managing the overall brand presentation at retail
Experience in setting signage, window campaigns and general retail marketing standards
Ability to travel to stores, meetings and events
Fluent English, fluent German is a plus
