About the job
YOUR MISSIONBe the main responsible for PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook ads, etc) for our Europe eCommerce (27 markets)
Audit ad accounts and provide with a review of the status
Define action plan and roadmap for 2019, set goals, guidelines and target KPIs
Coordinate the daily work with our SEA agencies, audit and monitor their progress
Experiment with new ad campaigns and ad formats to increase results
Support the product launches and major holidays or sale events
Report on weekly basis performance, improvements and status of projects
Be the main point of contact with Google and Facebook account managers, by keeping an agenda, getting benchmarks, and early access to betas
Feed management for shopping or dynamic remarketing campaigns with our feed vendor to be sure we follow best practices
YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant area
4+ years with a mix of hands on and manager experience in Paid Search and Social Campaigns (Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook ads) and setting strategy to drive profitable growth
Experience in Fashion and apparels brands or ecommerce is a plus
Experience in managing vendors and agencies
Fluency in English and one additional European language is mandatory
Experience within multi-regional markets
Strong analytical skills and results-driven.
Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
