About the job

YOUR MISSIONAs member of the Boston based, Regional Creation Center, incumbent will design and develop the graphic language and embellishments to complement product created for the North American and Latin American regions.
Work closely with the RCC Apparel Designers to create seasonal, key account, regional events and asset graphic designs for North America and Canada.
Partner with World Cat sourcing offices and developers in research of new graphic techniques and applications. Develop a thorough understanding of the capabilities, flexibility and limitations of source base.
Create and execute graphics that are brand, channel and account appropriate and meet the needed cost and margin requirements.
Partner in the design and execution of seasonal collections as well as specific individual items.
Responsible for the timely and accurate completion of artwork pages, CADS, and tech packages based on design timeline and development calendar.


YOUR TALENTBachelors or Associates degree in Graphic Design or related field
1-3 years experience in a related graphics design/ development based position
Sound knowledge of garment construction, costing, fabric and manufacturing processes
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/seasons at the same time
Strong Adobe Illustrator skills
Strong written/verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to use Lotus Notes/Microsoft Office applications
