About the job

YOUR MISSIONCollaborate closely with lead e-com designer.
Adhere to brand guidelines and internal production standards related to mechanical build and file management.
Release digital files, while maintaining high standards of design and typography.
Follow production schedules to ensure tasks are being completed on time.
Provide production knowledge and troubleshoot issues.
Provide online digital knowledge on how to best utilize the creative assets online.
Conduct QA of outsourced assets to ensure all requirements are met prior to asset release.
Participate in status meetings and production discussion sessions.
Layout and design emails, website headers and digital marketing.
Research photos and images as needed.
Spend time in Boston and Westford offices.


YOUR TALENT2-4 years of design experience in either an advertising, studio or client-side agency environment.
Must have good design skills and layout sense, especially for online and digital spaces.
Candidate will be expected to be knowledgeable in website functionality, layout and design.
Have an understanding of UX design.
Basic retouching skills.
Must be knowledgeable of design trends.
Must be able to follow and understand external publication's spec sheet.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills to support the creative team to build a seamless workflow.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with MAC system.
Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient knowledge of designing Animated Gif files.
