YOUR MISSIONWe are looking for an enthusiastic and driven member in our team capable to do requirements engineering, project management as well as communicate globally to support change management joining our Business Solutions team in our Headquarters in Herzogenaurach.
Be part of our cross-functional project team driving the global sourcing platform for one of the most flexible, multi-cultural and fastest moving sports and fashion brands in the industry
Analyze, improve, redesign business processes and manage their implementation to service PUMAs development and sourcing teams
Take charge in managing projects to achieve success with the designated resources, time and budget
Drive the roll-out and communication to subsidiaries and factories globally
Align with the sourcing and IT departments to define and execute.
YOUR TALENT2-3years of experience in sporting goods, fashion and/or consulting
Thorough understanding of design, development and/or sourcing processes for apparel and/or footwear
Experience with product design and development related systems (PDM, PLM, pattern management, material management, 3D)
Experience with business transformation / change management
Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm and drive to perform
Excellent analytical skills
International exposure and willingness to travel
Business fluent in English
Enthusiasm and drive to perform
Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a true passion for Sports
