YOUR MISSIONYou will be the main responsible for the CRM program for PUMA European eCommerce (27 markets)
Creating and sending all email marketing communications with our ESP
Maximize opt-in process for initiatives, and ensure copy and content is locally relevant.
Producing well-designed, HTML emails with clear messaging and calls to action.
Identifying, creating and optimizing our customer segmentation and customer journeys
Run test and experiments to improve main CRM KPIs
Owning the CRM metrics and reporting
Secondary but not least, you will own the Ecommerce Mkt calendar and Promotions
Maintain and execute the Mkt calendar for product launches and promotions
Plan the promotion for the year and secure lean execution with all the involved parties
Document promotions results and learnings to secure better execution for repeating promotions
YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant area
Analytical and commercially aware with a strong understanding of CRM metrics (Open Rate, CTR, CPL, ROI, ARR etc...)
Experience of CRM/Marketing Automation role e.g. data management, customer journey workflows, audience segmentation
Experience in producing HTML emails according to email deliverability guidelines and email marketing best practices.
Experience in Fashion and apparels brands or ecommerce is a plus
Experience within multi-regional markets
Fluency in English and one additional European language is mandatory
Strong analytical skills and results-driven.
Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
