YOUR MISSIONAssist the Visual Experience team to Provide selling tools for in-store displays for future seasons as leverage for sell-in
Serve as point person for requests for additional or replacement fixturing, furniture and visual items. Compile costs for approval. Follow up with purchasing and the field.
Support the Visual Experience team with booth layout design and graphics, service orders, inventory fulfillment and freight/shipping.
Manage the regional Showrooms graphic refreshes and visual needs
Coordinate all logistics related to any sales event or tradeshow
Coordinate L&D for all national tradeshows, GTM and Sell in meetings
Coordinate and update calendar of tradeshows
Assist with product launches and other visual activities in conjunction with the tradeshow program.
Travel to trade show & Sell in events event locations and lead booth install, de-install as needed.
Partner with Visual Experience team to lead new booth design, in collaboration and according to marketing and sales strategy, budget and brand guidelines
Track and process accounting, to include accuracy of invoices and timely payment processing
Provide regular status communications to stakeholders in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership for different events
Responsible for maintaining the Visual experience data/Library as well as the tradeshows fixture/visual inventory
Manage data base of store types, visual iterations, and visual elements
Monitor competitors visual merchandising techniques and incorporate effective techniques in business.

YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or other design related field
2+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising or graphic design, preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand
Ability to understand Floor Plans and design work
Highly skilled project management capabilities
Proven cross-functional communication skills and seen as a team player
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to work independently, adhere to tight deadlines, and multi-task
Ability to think 3D and knowledge of 3-dimensional modeling software. (Auto CAD & Sketch up)
Expertise of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time (Weekends or overnight works might be required)
