YOUR MISSIONManage all PUMA related visual experience concepts, spaces and properties within the Department Store, Family Channel, Sporting Goods & Sport Specialty retail environments
Work with in-store experience stakeholders across the organization to design and develop consumer relevant and brand aligned POP, display and experiential solutions for product launches and initiatives within channels of responsibility.
Work cross-functionally with sales, account marketing, merchandising and planning to properly develop in-store and experiential briefs and solutions that meet key account needs and expectations
Work with account marketing team members to collaborate on full experiential marketing solutions (digital and physical) that engage consumers in new and innovative ways
Partner with Store Design and Visual team in new store designs to ensure the brand experience piece is included in the design as needed.
Partner with Visual Merchandiser and 3rd party Field visual merchandising agency as well as account VM teams to increase visual competencies at the store level.
Develop and manage maintenance and refresh schedules for all graphic and visual experience elements needed within channels of responsibilities; coordinate with retailers, marketing members and agencies in order to execute, from brief to installation and photo reports.
Work with external agencies as needed to generate designs, renderings, production plans, installation schedules and maintenance plans as needed
Coordinates the bidding process on all assigned projects. Prepare all bid documents, conduct pre-bid meetings, receives bids and award contracts
Responsible for maintaining the Account Visual experience data/Library


YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design or other design related field
5+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand
Ability to understand Floor Plans and design work
Highly skilled project management capabilities
Proven cross-functional communication skills and seen as a team player
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to work independently, adhere to tight deadlines, and multi-task
Expertise of 3-dimensional modeling software. (3D design, Auto CAD & Sketch up)
Expertise of Adobe Creative Cloud software (Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Ability to travel up to 25-30% of the time (Weekends or overnight works might be required)
In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
