YOUR MISSIONManage the sample order process, negotiate targets/allocations with markets and implement a milestone reporting in Power BI
Manage/drive the further development of the sample order system plus integration with other Merchandising systems
Drive integration of other sample types into the sample order process
Develop and provide global Merchandising plans, including the management of targets
Track and negotiate targets together with Global Merchandising and markets for all types of the business
Manage the whole product forecast process, work with countries towards proper and on time forecast submissions and support/solve with them potential issues quickly
Stay up-to-date with business performance across all product categories and markets to be able to proactively share information with global partners plus analyze and report data
Project responsibility in the area of process optimization and data management
Constantly improve/enhance the process, workflow, communication and reporting.
YOUR TALENTUniversity degree in Engineering or Computer Science
First working experience in business functions like Retail, Sales, Merchandising Operations, Supply Chain, preferably in with a fashion/ lifestyle specific background
Excellent MS-Office skills (Power BI, Excel, Power Point)
Very strong analytical skills
Very strong interpersonal skills and relationship building skills in order to liaise with all stakeholders
Must be flexible and has the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
