Increase forecast quality by combining Product & Customer level of details and facilitate the Go-to-Market, Sourcing & Purchasing processes
Standardize, improve or redesign business processes among international functions and markets
Analyze requirements, plan & manage implementation to achieve success with designated resources, time and budget
Drive project roll-out and communication to business in different functions (merchandising, sales, sourcing etc.) globally
Align with the finance, sales and merchandising departments on KPI definitions
Integrate Planning output and other needed data in Puma BI Reporting landscape to track performance.

2-3 years of experience in fashion/apparel/consumer-goods industry, or in consultancy environment with project experience related to fashion/apparel/consumer-goods
Good understanding of relevant planning processes especially on Merchandising and Go-to-Market
Experience with Assortment Planning and Forecasting is a plus
Proven record on business transformation / change management
Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
Business fluent in English
Excellent analytical skills
Enthusiasm and drive to perform
International exposure & willingness to travel
