YOUR MISSIONDevelop social media and content strategy across both COBRA and PUMA Golf brands and manage day-to-day social engagement and activity.
Manage COBRA & PUMA brand presence on all social media sites (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.) including ideation, creation and development in appropriate forms (e.g., photography, video, copy/text, etc.) and distribution.
Develop and manage a communications & launch calendar aligned to our Go-To-Market campaigns, including product launches, Tour events, majors, athletes and other key dates and events.
Identify & work with a community of influencers/bloggers and establish a strategic approach to utilizing them to create additional brand heat; provide them with the content and assets (photos, videos, products) needed to create compelling and engaging branded content.
Initiate and develop innovative user generated content (UGC) programs that connect with the COBRA PUMA GOLF audience and build brand heat. Create unique sweepstakes that reward the social media community.
Work with Communications Manager to determine social media advertising spend & develop quarterly social reports to share with the team.
Monitor community and consumer feedback and keep team apprised of any issues or consumer opportunities.
Fully manage paid social campaign performance through existing platforms and tools, such as Google Analytics and other tools on a regular basis.
Occasional travel to PGA Tour events to gather content that support social objectives.
Work with our athletes & ambassadors to post product on our behalf; updated athlete social calendar sent to their teams along with copy, images, trackable links, etc..
Manage photo-shoot content generation. Manage the organization of all content for social channels, keeping FastCat updated and organize content for all products/athletes.
Ability to take creative projects from ideation to completion in a timely manner, adhering to all brand guidelines voice, look and feel.
YOUR TALENTBachelors Degree from a 4-year university, preferably with a degree in marketing, business or communications.
4-5 years experience in a social media role either with a brand or social agency.
Experience with community management across social sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc) including content management and strategy
Experienced social media professional in publishing, listening and analytics; experience in native social channel analytics capabilities and platforms.
Working knowledge of creative editing tools (i.e. photoshop)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Passionate golfer preferred; knowledge.
Position involves some nights/weekend work around golf tournaments or other events.
Position may require up to 20% domestic travel.
