  • Sample Management: Maintaining the sample room, collecting samples, organizing sample giveaways
  • Supporting the Visual Merchandisers in key meetings with product set ups
  • Preparing the best and worst seller report weekly, running and analyzing the best sellers on a weekly basis for ALL retail channels
  • Weekly ROS checks: Ensuring all master data is maintained for products across the retail business
  • Updating Delivery Trackers & highlight lateness to Buyers, maintaining shipping modes in the system
  • Conducting weekly price checks to ensure all prices are correctly maintained in the system
  • Managing product for seasonal photoshoots, attending the photoshoots to provide on-hand support and represent the Buying team
  • Answering Customer Service emails
  • Maintaining product info, launching dates, Visual Line plans and other changes throughout the season
