About the job
YOUR MISSIONSupporting the E-Commerce Operations Team in various fulfillment processes, warehouse operations, customer service and the vendor management of the respective 3rd parties
Organizational assistance in fulfillment related tasks like warehouse logistics (outbound & returns), product personalization (e.g. jersey flocking) and the independent handling of 3rd level customer service inquiries
Gain insights into complex pan-European eCommerce processes and develop expertise regarding the connection between different order types & delivery concepts, their impact on customer experience as well as affected service levels, risks and costs
Liaise with the eCom warehouse to ensure efficient logistics processes and avoid outbound and return handling backlogs
Creation of customer service processes and handle 3rd level customer inquiries
Proactively monitor the performance of warehouses, carriers & customer service
Create and run regular performance reports and support in analytics and the development of measures to prevent delivery bottlenecks and customer service backlogs
Assist the management of value adding services in external warehouses, like jersey flocking or personalization of performance and lifestyle products

Currently enrolled in university
Fluent in German and English
Must be flexible and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Profound analytical skills
Acknowledgment of customers' demand and focus on user experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as accept direction on given assignments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Microsoft Excel is essential
Starting in September; Duration: 6 months
