YOUR MISSIONWork with wholesale footwear and apparel accounts to provide the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through
Achieve sales goals by quarter and by category as defined by National Sales Manager, Field Regional
Coordinate and prepare seasonal product presentations
Proactive order book management
Develop and maintain strong relationship with all levels of account management and internal departments that work with regional and key accounts
Communicate with management both internally and externally
Deliver all forecasts to appropriate parties before or on deadline
Deliver all orders by booking deadline
Manage and direct regional and key accounts in the Midwest region through business planning, inventory control and sales analysis
Develop financial plans to acquire new business opportunities and maximize sales while minimalizing risk within existing businesses
Knowledge and discipline to adhere to distribution guidelines. Executes excellence through assortment, visuals and marketing collateral
Understand and manage City Attack and Gamechanger account strategies to provide and service an elevated brand experience
Maintain Marketplace Excellence throughout the region and elevated markets identified through City Attack
Work as a liaison between Puma operations and account operations
Work cross functionally to contribute and collaborate on the Account Marketing Plan
Deliver all required reports, example: weekly sell-thru analysis, retailer recaps on time


YOUR TALENT3+ Years experience in Footwear national account sales required
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
Exceptional follow through and organizational skills
Working knowledge of the US mall-retail environment and national competitive landscape
Ability to effectively manage your time and work against business deadlines
High level of energy, initiative and professionalism
Strong understanding of retail sales practices
Strong analytical, Retail Math & Order book management, fluent in Excel, MS Office, Power Point skills, and overall business orientation
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make recommendations on potential solutions
Open communication/good listening skills
Technical product knowledge
Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools
Location: Greater Chicago area
