About the job
YOUR MISSIONProvide retail and eCommerce business analysis to Head of Merchandising and offer business actions aiming better performance
Develop insights, analysis and processes in trading and product portfolio management with clear implementation plans and solutions
Identify and translate business requirements into IT, underlying issues and forming solutions
Determine and propose new business actions (campaign, promotion, display or etc.) to the Head of Merchandising to support business performance
Communicate with internal and external colleagues to understand the analysis needs for better decision making
Work with Retail operations and store teams to understand and to investigate given feedback into the service/function/product provided
Support business performance decision making considering the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions
Communicate the benefits of recommendations across departments and help to address any uncertainty and concern

University degree preferably in Business Management /Finance
Work experience in Merchandising, inventory management or demand planning in the fashion or lifestyle business
Awareness of current trends and competitors
Advanced MS Excel knowledge, especially experience with pivot tables and formulas
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of SAP Retail would be an advantage
Excellent language skills in English, other European languages will be a beneficial
