About the job
YOUR MISSION
Coordinate transport operations including deliveries and collections, routes, load and schedules planning.
Work closely with transporter and warehouse to ensure accurate, timely and cost-effective shipment.
Determine effective transport mode and prepare loading plan/delivery order.
Liaise with customers, communicating effectively and responding to their requirement.
Solve transportation problems and continue to improve transportation services as well as cost efficiencies.
Support daily warehouse operation activities to ensure effective distribution.
Monitor warehouse order fulfillment, inventory and return management.
Ensure cargo are ready timely to meet transporter cut off time for loading.
Carry out administrative task related to transport activities.
Ensure delivery tracker are updated and maintain filling of proof of delivery.
Measure and report effectiveness of transportation activities.
YOUR TALENTBachelors degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Operational Management or any relevant studies.
2 years of relevant experience in Logistics Operations, managing 3PL transport and warehouse.
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP programme or any relevant back end or ERP system.
Good analytical skills, strong communication skills, deadline driven and team player.
Fluent in English (written and oral).
