YOUR MISSIONPrepare and distribute commission information to sales reps
Power BI: create, distribute, and maintain both new and existing Power BI reports within the finance and accounting department, as well as ad hoc needs from sales, customer service, manufacturing, procurement, etc.
Assist in open to buy meetings and communication between the finance, sales, and procurement teams
Designing, writing and testing detailed financial analysis reports (ATLAS reporting database)
Assist with both high level and detailed sales and margin budgeting / forecasting
PO management / Inventory analysis / Cost Template management
Liaison between finance and IT for all ATLAS/ALIVE or any other system infrastructure needs
Assist in accounting month end close, internal audit responsibilities
Tracking of markdowns, cancellations, discounts and returns as needed
Responsible for general ERP coding / configuration
Other analysis projects as needed
YOUR TALENT1-3 years of financial analysis experience
Advanced in Excel, PowerQuery, Power BI
Experience in DAX coding, M Language
Ability to navigate and effectively/efficiently summarize large datasets
Positive attitude, detail-oriented and extremely organized
Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize workload
Ability to develop productive working relationships with non-financial managers
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
