YOUR MISSIONDevelop and maintain the NY store programming map and plan for all necessary content refreshes, working with the Merchandising team to understand seasonal initiatives
Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to determine all in-store graphic and digital image updates required to maintain a fresh visual presentation that aligns to product launches
Primary day-to-day contact with external creative & production agency:Brief in creative needs including, but not limited to, entryway/landing zone display, in-store product story presentations and store windows
Work hand-in-hand to clearly communicate store needs and deadlines
Continuous development of agency relationship

Brief creative needs into internal Creative Services team for the timely delivery of creative assets
Ensure best practices across content development and follow guidelines specific to BU category
Plan and oversee the production budget
Develop strong processes and systems to maintain best practices related to all production
Setting seasonal production calendars and ensuring that all stakeholders are delivering their respective inputs on-time and at the appropriate milestone
Partner with Commercial Marketing team to:Align to global standards when possible
Identify store specific needs and ensure they are clearly communicated and understood

Align NY store marketing efforts with ecommerce marketing initiatives where applicable
Be a liaison to Central Marketing, PNA Marketing & local store team members
Work closely with NYC Store General Manager to understand day-to-day store needs and opportunities
Travel required; up to 25%Role is based in our PNA Headquarters in Westford, MA
Travel 2-3 times per month to New York/Boston offices
Attend Store Manager and District Manager meetings

YOUR TALENTBachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
5+ years project management experience within an in-house creative or agency, retail background is a plus
Expert communication, organizational, written, and verbal skills
Works well under pressure with proven ability to deliver work on schedule
Ability to multi-task working on numerous projects but still meeting deliverables and timelines
A proven track record of successful management and implementation of complex projects
Proven ability to work independently and multi-task
Understanding of the creative work flow and process
Budget Management skills and proven ability to set and track KPIs
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of fashion, sport and lifestyle retail marketplace
Strong understanding of visual design as it applies to the retail environment
Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
Entrepreneurial spirit and energy with creativity and ability to think out of the box
Strong computer skills, with knowledge of MS Office programs
