YOUR MISSIONFacilitate submission & tracking of departmental purchase orders
Work closely with finance to ensure vendor payments are processed in a timely manner
Manage communication with vendors regarding status of payments
Assist Sales Operations team with setting up for events
Assist Sales Operations team in locating and distributing samples
Receive information and update databases accordingly
Create selling tools to be used by the Sales team
YOUR TALENTMust currently be enrolled in college/university, preferably seeking a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Excellent quantitative and organizational skills
Very strong computer skills, especially MS Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Creativity and ability to think out of the box
Entrepreneurial spirit and energy
Detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
Proven ability to work independently and multi-task
Team player
Must be able to commit for one semester starting in January 2020
Must be able to commit to at least 2-3 days a week. Flexible hours.
