YOUR MISSIONDevelop and drive a comprehensive brick and mortar retail marketing strategy that drives consumer demand focused on key regional strategic initiatives while providing guidance to all areas of the marketing team across consumer, commercial and retail marketing
Creatively, cost effectively and with return on investment, develop channel marketing strategies which drive traffic, build the PUMA brand and drive sell-through of key products across Flagship, Full Price and FOC channels
Lead the development of cross-channel marketing campaigns and programs (ex. Holiday, Back-to-School, Promotional Events) that are in line with retail and brand strategies
Oversee a team of retail marketing specialists and ensure a clear vision is in place to reach business and brand goals within each channel
Analyze data to develop targeted marketing programs and events for traffic-driving strategies resulting in increased sales, store traffic, and ROI
Lead and manage the creation of key product launches at PUMA Retail stores in conjunction with all appropriate departments including Product Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, eCommerce, Category Marketing, Retail Operations
Be one of the primary liaisons to Central Commercial Marketing to ensure regional needs and priorities are clear and partnered on
Continually maintain an awareness of consumer and retail marketing trends and provide unique and creative solutions to reach our target demographic and drive shopper experiences in our stores
Understand and identify internal and external resources and agencies as needed in order to properly execute retail marketing vision
Oversee the retail marketing budget and ensure optimization of each campaign and spend to ensure key KPIs are met and exceeded
Drive opportunities for local needs and opportunities for stores, including sponsorship evaluation, event requests and marketing materials
Support and participate in all Retail Field Meetings
Travel required; up to 10%


YOUR TALENT7+ years of relative brand or retail marketing experience
Retail Store experience preferred. Fashion/Lifestyle retail marketing considered a plus
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and develop out of the box marketing ideas
Strong planning, organizational and implementation skills
Excellent project management skills
General understanding of the US market and retail trends
Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel skills required
In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition.
