YOUR MISSIONAbility to aggregate data from multiple sources and filter based on set criteria
Collect data and analyze for selling patterns and trends
Pull daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, analyze business, and identify areas of opportunity
Present weekly marketplace sales analysis
Drive sales on marketplaces through creating promotions and events
Help manage all strategies within marketplace, including but not limited to the following:Conduct weekly calls with each marketplace to review performance and make recommendations for future promotions
Work cross functionally with planning and merchandising to execute pricing and product strategies
Manage, track, and report on promotional performance; adjust style offering in real time based on success of the program or needs of the business
Maintain promotional calendar for marketplaces

Stay current on latest marketplace trends and competitive landscape within channel, identify opportunities to enhance and/or grow Pumas marketplace business
Build and maintain collaborative partnerships both with internal and external stakeholders including marketing, planning, merchandising, and IT
Maintain and improve seller rating on marketplaces by partnering closely with operations to ensure we are hitting shipping SLAs
Support marketplace manager in expanding marketplaces and growing channel


YOUR TALENTDetail-oriented, demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Outgoing, positive, energetic individual
Bachelors Degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to complete vlookups, sumifs, and pivot tables
Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects at the same time
Ecommerce and/or retail background preferred but not required
In mid-2021, the PUMA North America Regional Corporate Headquarters will be moving to a new office located in Somerville, MA. All positions currently located at the Westford office, as well as at our International Boston office, will make this transition
