YOUR MISSIONManage all communications for PNA/PCA Retailbetween the field and corporatepartners to ensure that timely, efficient, and consistent flow of information exists.
Leads or partners on critical retail operations back-office projects ranging in scale that may impact core systems or services for the Retail organization. These projects can include Point of Sale systems, time keeping systems, gift card projects, etc..
Leads training for new systems at various retail store locations and develops training materials for associated training. Also conducts Train the Trainer sessions to enable mass deployment of new initiatives.
Develop, strategically plan andmanage PNA/PCA Retail Supplies inclusive of: retail supplies, shopping bags, store budgets,replenishment of marketing, store opening supplies, etc.
ManageallRetail Operations policies, procedures and controls to ensure necessary business practices are relevant to achieving business objectives, increase efficiency, and ensure legal compliance to local laws. Update minimally twice per year for all Retail departments.
Develop, strategically plan and maintain PNA Retail Operations Calendars to communicate business objectives and manage timely and accurate achievement of critical deliverables needed by cross-functional departments to the field.
Continuously develop and maintain a standardized communication process between corporate and field/stores organization.
Assist in managing coordination of all Store and Field management meetings inclusive of:Food/Caterers, team building events/entertainment, travel for attendees, etc.
Manage and update Share point for Retail, inclusive of: re-alignments, store openings, amendments, etc.
Perform several broadly defined tasks to support the timely completion/communication of retail initiatives.
Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices.


YOUR TALENTBachelors degree or 3-5 years of related field experience is required
3 years of experience in a focused, customer service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear)
Experience with Kronos preferred
Demonstrated project management experience
Experience in dealing with multiple countries is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including English at a business level
Additional language fluency is considered a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proven training and development skills
Proven interpersonal and team management skills
Project Management skills
PC Skills MS-Office, Kronos, Internet, Sharepoint
