YOUR MISSIONSupport both fixed asset and general accounting initiatives for daily and monthly accounting and accounts payable processes
Perform fixed asset subledger transactions
Prepare journal entries
Assist in the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance with guidance from parent company while adhering to internal policies and procedures, communicating exceptions to management
Accrual preparation
Perform monthly general ledger account reconciliations, including but not limited to, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations and confirmations with PUMA entities throughout the world
Prepare monthly reporting required internally and for parent company
Work as a team in standardizing best practices and procedures
Create and implement strategies to improve efficiencies of job functions
Document job procedures and update as changes may occur
Participate in ad hoc requests and special projects as needed

YOUR TALENTBachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
1+ years of related experience
Demonstrated skills and experience in managing goals through initiative, collaboration and teamwork
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills required
Great attention to detail
Ability to apply strong problem solving techniques
Must be a team player
SAP experience a plus
