YOUR MISSIONProject Manager position will be responsible for all aspects of store development within PUMA North America.
Key Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to the following:Personally manage 5-10 projects (new stores, renovations and relocations) annually.
Work with internal partners for design, project approvals, schedule, budget, coordination and implementation.
Coordinate project scope and details with external partners including architects, general contractors and suppliers.
Participate in project budget estimating utilizing historical data, current industry knowledge and construction market trends.
Perform plan check upon CD issuance and communicate any changes to the appropriate team members for revision.
Manage bid process of general contractors, including assembly of bid documents, management of the bid period, analysis of bids, approval process, bid award, and issuance of contracts.
Coordinate the scope development, bidding, POs, vendor deliverables, invoicing and closeout for all PUMA NA vendors.
Manage the construction build out process, including supervising the general contractor and all direct PUMA North America vendors
Travel to job sites, as necessary, to ensure projects are on time, on budget and as per design. Meet with City inspectors, landlord management, internal teams and outside vendors to ensure a successful store opening. Travel 30% to 50% of the time.
Manage the project turnover process to Operations, including development and management of the punch list, transference of warranty, maintenance manuals and communication of essential store maintenance procedures, etc.
Maintain impeccable records on shared drive of budget, vendor orders, contracts, schedules, and close out documents.



YOUR TALENTBachelors Degree in Construction Management preferred.
3-5 years of project management experience within a retail construction environment preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Working knowledge of construction administration including scheduling, cost reporting, payment application process and budgeting.
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Project, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and Bluebeam Revu
Must be versatile and able to manage multiple projects in various stages at any one time in the life cycle of a project.
Highly organized and possess the ability to effectively manage priorities and time management.
Ability to execute assigned tasks with limited supervision.
Ability to direct and motivate outside design professionals and other consultants.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self motivated with critical attention to detail.
