YOUR MISSIONLead team to produce insights and recommendations by using advanced analytics techniques on the massive amount of customer, traffic, browsing and purchase data
Implementation and on-going production of a standard set of dashboards and scorecard reports with actionable KPIs and publish on regular basis from Daily to Monthly depending on agreed SLAs with business organizations
Expert at identifying trends in data, drawing conclusions and making actionable recommendations to key stakeholders within the organization
Ensure analytics provide clear visibility into the impact and value of new features and functionality
Support the continued enhancement and evolution of our analytics capabilities to a best-in-class level. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations and drive new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals
Lead team to develop and ensure data quality, document digital insights processes and procedures
Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team of analysts.
Oversee cross-functional CRO program to ensure insights and hypotheses drive step-change improvements to conversion rate and consumer experience.
Support the continued enhancement and evolution of our analytics capabilities to a best-in-class level. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations and drive new analytics initiatives that contribute to business goals
Involvement in end to end processes. Gathering business requirements, creating front end visual reports and training individuals and Teams
Forward thinker / visionary on ways to streamline reporting capabilities & create efficiencies
The candidate must have both strong strategic capabilities as well as be hands-on and comfortable with tactical execution.
Strong communication skills that result in transparency between business needs and IT technical requirements.



YOUR TALENT6+ years of direct and hands-on eCommerce and analytics experience providing solutions at scale in a large global company.
Qualified candidates will have a broad understanding of analytical processes including but not limited to: data management, forecasting, optimization, predictive modeling
Extensive experience in developing effective data visualizations and charts
Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Proven experience leading and growing a high-performing team of analysts.
Proven ability to perform in-depth analysis, synthesize results, develop stories, build strategies and make recommendations to business and technical leaders
Expert-level Excel capabilities (data manipulation, formulas, modeling).
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Quantitative Business/Business Analytics, Information Technology or Engineering. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience and understanding of at least two of the following:
Implementing or working with clickstream analytics tools (Adobe, Google Analytics, Mix Panel, etc. or homegrown)
Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and tools (Adobe, Monetate, Optimizely, etc. or homegrown)
Data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
Digital marketing, including click attribution, impression tracking, customer journey.
Structured programming language such as SQL, Python, R, etc.
Tracking business results including identifying KPIs, reporting on the KPIs and investigating variations and trends
Using advanced analytics in taking large data sets to detect patterns, isolate customer behaviors, segment and forecast
Advanced skills with all Microsoft Office Software for the creation of effective management reports, presentations, dashboards, scorecards visualizations and analysis.
Experience with SQL, Python, R is a plus
Skill merging diverse data from different platforms, formats and environments
Conceptual thinker with proven analytical & problem-solving skills to see "big picture", ability to turn insights into stories
Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing web analytics knowledge amongst team members and in collaboration with the business
